Keller has been serving veteran, transitioning active duty, and military spouse learners as a part of IVMF’s Programs & Services team since July of 2014. Keller serves as the IVMF’s User Experience Manager and within that role, she is responsible for managing and updating all Learning Management Systems (LMS), assisting in reviewing/updating current curriculum, managing the new curriculum onboarding process, and developing supplemental learning materials and resources to program participants. She continuously monitors program performance metrics and learner feedback, to make recommendations for improvements or adaptations to curriculum or content delivery methods. She also serves as a project lead for the IVMF Community for Online Resources and Engagement (CORE), an interactive online platform that brings together all O2O program participants, to provide them with the resources and support they need to accomplish their goals.

Prior to accepting the role of User Experience Manager, Keller served as the IVMF’s Manager of Advising Services. In that role, she supported and developed a team of Advisors by ensuring they had the resources necessary to provide meaningful services to learners and provided day-to-day operational instruction and guidance to the advising team. She also assisted in coordinating the professional development of the advising team, managed the maintenance of learner data by the advising team, and facilitated the funding of industry certification fees for learners. Keller began her time with the D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families as an Academic Advisor for the Veterans Career Transition Program. In this role, she was responsible for maintaining open lines of communication with VCTP learners and facilitating their questions and concerns regarding course completion requirements, program offerings, and guidance on future career choices.

Keller holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh. Upon graduation, she spent several years working for a financial institution before beginning her career in higher education. While Keller held the position of Enrollment Advisor at a higher education institution in Tennessee, she advised students pursuing both undergraduate and graduate degrees of the various degree completion requirements, financing options, course modality options and the application to the acceptance process. While working in this position, she discovered that her true passion lies in creating a positive impact on the lives of others by helping them achieve their educational goals. Keller now lives in the Syracuse area with her two children.
