Ke’Airah Parker is the Program Manager of Syracuse Serves for the D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University. She is responsible for fostering and maintaining a relationship with community agencies that provide services to veterans and their families and working with veterans to identify their needs to offer sustainable resources and referrals.

Prior to joining IVMF in July 2021, Ke’Airah worked as a Program Manager at The Veterans Outreach Center, Inc. in Utica, NY. There, she was responsible for the daily operations of a housing program serving homeless and at-risk for homelessness and low-income veterans and families. She has also worked with United Way on The Empire State Poverty Reduction Initiative as the Outreach Coordinator facilitating focus groups that partnered with community-based providers and community members. Ke’Airahs experience in the non-profit sector began at On Point for College in Syracuse, NY, where she would help to assist programs and services offered to individuals facing barriers looking to continue or return to their academic studies. Ke’Airah has successfully helped launch and raise funds for non-profits in the Central New York area while also extending her attributes to website design, the implementation of new processes/procedures, grant writing, events and mentorship/supervision.

Ke’Airah holds an Associate Degree in Business Technology from the Onondaga Community College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing at SUNY Empire State University.
