Genaro Lopez is the Onward to Opportunity (O2O) Coordinator for El Paso and Fort Bliss.  He is a Marine Corps Veteran of 20 years.

Prior to joining O2O, Genaro was the Site Manager for the El Paso USO Pathfinder Transition Program where he oversaw the delivery of transition resources and services to Transition Service Members, National Guardsmen, Reservists, and Military Spouses.  Since his retirement from Active-Duty Service, Genaro has also performed duties as the Recruiting Coordinator for Southwest University at El Paso, and Director of Admissions for Vantage College.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Services from the University of Phoenix.
